Additional Information

These issues are resolved in the ArcGIS Video Server 11.3 patch. These are defects affecting video services after upgrading to ArcGIS Video Server 11.3, a defect specific to object stores in Linux, and a defect regarding H.265/HEVC encoded videos not playing in Linux environments. This patch also resolves publication errors with Video Server 11.3 in Windows Server 2025 and enables publication of livestream services using the duplicate ports.
