Workaround

- Create a target output raster in a file Geodatabase.- Select band of target raster as 3; leave other options as default- Expand Geodatabase Settings, Set Pyramid Reference Point. X Coordinate: 1712018.26; Y Coordinate: 75286.2859 (left extent and top extent of image4)- Leave all other options as default- Now mosaic image3 & image4 to this output raster with pyramid reference point set to extent of image4
