Mosaic datasets published as an image service from ArcGIS Pro 2.4 to a federated portal 10.7.1 with the Rasterize Features function applied via a raster function chain, publish in a stopping state with the error "Invalid input data source path."

- Save the Rasterize Features function in a raster function template: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/imagery/raster-function-template.htm
- Publish the service with the raster function template set as the processing template, as described above.
