Modifying a polygon feature with the Split tool in ArcGIS Pro more than once on the same feature creates a non-coincident boundary at the point of second split. Feature boundaries are overlapping.

Additional Information

The gap is within the XY tolerance of the data. Set a smaller tolerance to fix the issue.

Workaround

Manually move the vertices to make sure the boundaries overlap after the split.
