Bug
Mobile Project Center 10 doesn't work successfully with 9.3.1 Mobile Service using large amounts of data - tested with over 2 GB. When the 9.3.1 service (with over 80 layers) is added to the Mobile Project Center, it is constantly trying to build the mobile cache for this data and it is failing at around 1 ½ GB in cache.
