Mobile map packages (MMPK) uploaded in ArcGIS Online and shared publicly are not searchable in ArcGIS Explorer (Andriod) using a public account, but are visible when searching in ArcGIS Explorer in Windows.

Workaround

  • Instead of saving as a mobile map package (MMPK) in ArcGIS Pro, share as a web map, and share it publicly in ArcGIS Online.
  • Use ArcGIS Explorer (Windows).
