Mixed Content failure appears in the browser when attempting to configure applications that are built when the ArcGIS Online organization is set to HTTP but is later switched to HTTPS with ‘Allow access to the organization through HTTPS only’.

this was fixed with in the last release.Workaround
Note: Neither of these workarounds resolve the security problem of application requests being sent unencrypted and only allows viewing of the application and configuration pane. 1. Enable viewing mixed content in the browser.2. Use the Configure application, which is hidden, as part of the web page and load the actual application in a separate browser tab.3. Then when configuring the app switch over to the other browser tab to preview the result.Steps to Reproduce
