Additional Information

The two ZIP Code layers in question are from two very different sources (years) and will not be the same, and the '000**' ZIP Code values represent large federal lands and are not used. The USA ZIP layer is about to be replace with an annual update and the North America ZIP layer is about to be deprecated. Thank you.
