Additional Information
Lines are not broken on the echelon indicator. This is resolved.
Military Symbol Editor includes additional attributes beyond just the attributes for the labels displayed for a particular symbol. This is a known limit and by design. It displays all the attributes for the feature class so they can be set. For example, Unique Designation may have to be set despite this label not displaying for a given symbol.
Planning symbols are missing dashes. This was resolved several releases ago.
The Control Measure Line symbol is not displaying echelon. This was resolved several releases ago.
Workaround
Use a version of ArcGIS Pro after 3.0.
