Additional Information
Due to changes in the underlying storage mechanisms and in ArcGIS software, the data store backups that is created with older ArcGIS Data Store versions cannot be used to restore data to newer ArcGIS Data Store versions. Therefore, always create a full backup of each the data stores after upgrading ArcGIS Data Store. Workaround
Install ArcGIS Data Store 10.9.1 on the new server. Go through the migration process andĀ upgrade to version 11.1.
