ArcSDE Service was deprectated at 10.2.2 and no longer exists.Workaround
Change the ArcSDE home directory path so that no spaces exist within the path location (i.e. 'Program Files'), then create the ArcSDE service from this new ArcSDE home directory.Steps to Reproduce
