1. Clear "Enable Behavior Monitoring" on Microsoft Forefront.2. Use a personal geodatabase.3. In ArcCatalog, after importing the features > right-click the file the geodatabase is in > refresh > make sure the geodatabase is not open in any application (or viewing it) before running the Clear workspace.Steps to Reproduce
