Metadata describing a raster dataset using the MD_Georectified pointInPixel and transformationDimensionMapping elements aren't correctly translated to ISO 19139 format. The value of the pointInPixel metadata element must be translated as an enumeration instead of a codelist, and the translator should not prevent translating two transformationDimensionMapping elements.
