Additional Information
In ArcGIS Enterprise, the default date of last login is 1969-12-31 15:59 for users who have not logged in before. This is a limitation of the member report .csv because a date has to be populated in the 'Last Login Date' column as it can only have numerical characters.Steps to Reproduce
