MapView.ViewpointChanged takes too long to rotate map to face North using MapView.SetViewpointRotationAsync (0).

Additional Information

The SetViewpointRotationAsync method to rotate the viewpoint is called every time the view point changes within the ViewpointChanged event causing a build up of viewpoint rotation calls and a performance issue. Once the SetViewpointRotationAsync method is removed from the ViewpointChanged event, the method is only called once and the view point is rotated normally.
