NIM035617 When the OverviewMap does not have a valid OverviewMapResource, the application fails when clicking FullExtent, BackExtent, ForwardExtent orWorkaround
Workaround:Set the MapResource of OverviewMap and Magnifier to "TestLayer" or the name that it was changed to from the default "MapResourceItem0".MagnifierMapResource="TestLayer"OverviewMapResource="TestLayeSteps to Reproduce
