MapBox-based basemaps added to a map in ArcGIS Pro 1.3.1 or 1.4 using the Basemap gallery drop-down menu in the Map tab do not draw.

Workaround
1. In the Project pane, select Portal > All Portal.2. Search for the map of the basemap (for example, MapBox OpenCycle Basemap).3. Right-click the result > Add And Open, and the basemap displays as expected.Steps to Reproduce
