Additional Information

The editor widget in 4.x applications does not go off of the pop-up configuration but the form configuration. In Map Viewer, convert pop-up to a form by clicking the form button > convert pop-up and it honors the field order. This allows users to have a more configurable display pop-up without impacting the editing form.
