Additional Information
A triage conducted with the ArcGIS Enterprise development team and the Professional Services team, who advocated for this defect, determined several aspects of this bug submission are wrong and therefore non-reproducible. The described defective behavior does not occur in Map Viewer and is not reproducible with feature layers. Due to these inaccuracies, the bug is rejected. Guidance is provided to Professional Services if choosing to pursue this issue further, a new bug submission could be made with a revised headline and details following this problem statement: Map Viewer Classic does not honor numeric formatting configured on double and integer fields within table layers.Steps to Reproduce
