Workaround

Please take a look at MaptipsTestNew.zip. Fix was suggested by Yaron. The workaround solves the problem both in ArcMap and Engine applications on machines with QUADRO FX series graphics card. The issue remains unfixed in ArcGIS Engine on machines that has geForce series graphics card. However, ArcMap application displays ma ptips without problems even when the workaround not applied.
