Map Styler web application template loaded over HTTP fails to display pop-ups from any service (ArcGIS Online hosted feature layer and ArcGIS Server Service) whether it is added to the web map as HTTP or HTTPS in the latest version of Google Chrome (62.0.3202.89).

Additional Information

This is fixed in the next release of ArcGIS Online slated for early December.

Workaround

Load the the Map Styler application template over HTTPS and serve the layers in the underlying web map through HTTPS.
