Workaround

For Safari and Google Chrome: When the ArcGIS Online map viewer is open in the browser, click the Request Desktop Site option to render the service properly.For the native Android browser: When the ArcGIS Online map viewer is open in the browser, click the Desktop View option. This renders the service properly.
