Additional Information
The change in behavior is not reproducible after extensive testing. The provided examples seem to use a different font version, and that does affect the appearance of the font, but otherwise, font anti-aliasing does not appear to change in the quoted versions.
Workaround
Export the map from ArcGIS Pro without forced antialiasing, apply text antialiasing in Adobe Photoshop, and georeference the image anew in FME Workbench.
