Map does not change in the browser after modifying the map MXD file and restarting the service in .NET Server, and the query attribute task also needs to be reset.

This is by design and documented.1) When using Manager, use the RESTART option on the list of web applications to clear the cache.2) When the application is developer in Visual Studio, the customer should run IISRESET.The caching is turned on by default so that the customer base will get the performance benefit by default. When developing an application, if they believe they will be altering the service regularly, they should turn the caching off. Once the application is in production, turn the caching on again so they get the performance benefit.Steps to Reproduce
