Map applications keep downloading a non-existent picture/file when some action, for example, toggling map layers, is done on the map (using Internet Explorer).

Workaround

1) Firefox works fine.2) If you refer to JS API library vs 1.1 instead of 1.2, this issue doesn't persist.
