Additional Information
This issue is addressed in ArcGIS for AutoCAD 430, Buckwheat.
The ability to work with datum transformations in the drawing through ArcGIS for AutoCAD, along with refactoring, includes stability improvements for map or image layers and web feature layers.
Workaround
- Make a copy of the existing projection (PRJ) file.
- Delete the plus sign (+) from the reference system in the file.
- Save it, then import it into ArcGIS for AutoCAD.
Note: This workaround may not work for all users.
