Additional Information
Group managers currently do not have the ability to share items through the My Content and item details pages. This is a known limitation and an underlying cause of this defect. This issue has nothing to do with distributed collaboration. The team is working on modifying this design so the group managers can start sharing content from the above interfaces. Update: This issue is fixed in the June release. Group managers can share their content with the group from the My Content page now.Workaround
Change the distributed collaboration's group settings to allow all users to contribute content.
