Managed Raster Catalogs with the display set to 'Never show wireframe, show raster data at all times and extents' still display remnants of the wireframe with certain source data.

Additional Information

There is a single row/column black pixel along the edge of the source data. This is what is showing up when wireframe is turned off.

Workaround

Add the rasters to an unmanaged Raster Catalog or to a Mosaic Dataset.
