Workaround
1. Add two related tables in ArcMap session, and create Relate in ArcMap besides existing relationship class. (Right click on the table and choose Join and Relates>Relate...)2. After making Relate, right click on the table which has information of X, Y and choose Add X,Y Data...function. Actually it will work same as Make XY Event Layer in ArcToolbox. However, be aware that Make XY Event Layer will not result same as right clicking on the table and select Add X,Y Data.3. When ArcMap creates X,Y Event Layer you can use Identify Tool. It will give you desired result of showing Relates and relationship (backward and forward labels) both.
