Make the License Manager 2019 installer recognize previous installations when they are located in drives other than the default C:\ drive.

Additional Information

This was a design decision when the License Manager release was untied from product release versions.

Workaround

  1. Run the installer and change the installation path, then remove the previous version.
  2. Leave the default installation path and remove the previous version manually.
