This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps. If the issue occurs, please contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.Workaround
Use the Description text, which is not truncated, but note that it will require more work if it has already been configured differently. Additionally, it is cumbersome that the text is visible on iOS devices but not on Android devices.
