Workaround

Correct certificates must be installed on the Windows Mobile device to establish an SSL connection between the web browser and the field device. The two types of supported certificates are Certificate Authority and Self-Signed.-To establish an SSL connection between ArcGIS for Server and the field device, export the certificate from the server and install it onto the device. -Confirm the correct ArcGIS Online certificates are on the device.
