Logging in to Portal for ArcGIS with built-in ArcGIS logins via ArcGIS API for Python succeeds despite disabling ArcGIS logins in Portal for ArcGIS. This is reproducible in Python version 3.7.11, which comes with ArcGIS Pro 2.9.

Additional Information
This option only hides the ArcGIS login from displaying on the Portal for ArcGIS website. There is no available option to completely disable ArcGIS logins.Workaround
Log in to ArcGIS Enterprise as the default administrator and disable all ArcGIS accounts.
