Locator properties do not refresh after rebuilding unless the locator file is reopened via the Properties option from the Catalog pane in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3.

Additional Information

Locator properties are loaded when the Locator Properties dialog box is opened. In order to get updated properties, close and reopen the Locator Properties dialog box.

Workaround

Close and reopen the Locator Properties dialog box.
