Additional Information
Configured layer and table search are intended to search for an entire word or phrase in a field, and as such uses predefined SQL queries that cannot be adjusted for more flexibility. In the use case provided, when searching for 'Jones Atlanta', a search is performed for the entire phrase rather than every single word in the phrase.
There are two workflows for achieving the behavior. It is recommended to use Enhanced Search which provides a more flexible and 'fuzzier' search, (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geocoding/enhanced-search-syntax.htm) or Select by Attributes which allows users to define the desired SQL query (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/navigation/select-features-using-attributes.htm).
Workaround
Use only one search term instead of multiple.
