Locally hosting the 'Maps and Apps' template to a folder named 'apps' in the wwwroot directory results in the following error, "HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found."

Additional Information

Users are required to set the esriEnvironment variable in the templateConfig.js file to 'false'.

Workaround

Rename the 'apps' folder to 'applications' or any other name, or move the template to the root wwwroot folder.
