Loading ST_SHAPELIB generated from ArcGIS Dekstop 10.5.1 with the Oracle critical issues and 12.2.0.1 support (OCIS) patch applied fails with the error message, "Fatal: Relocation Error" on Sun Solaris operating system.

This issue is not reproducible in the current release of ArcGIS Desktop (10.7.1).Workaround
Use the ArcGIS Desktop 10.5.1 shape library (libst_shapelib.so) from an ArcGIS Desktop machine without the OCIS patch.
