Loading a topology that contains lines strings into a fabric with the option to 'Import Parcels as Unjoined Group' collapses the line strings.

1. Bring the line features class into ArcMap along with the fabric.2. In the Plan directory, right-click a plan and choose the Construction option.3. Copy the lines strings that make up the parcel into the construction grid.4. Build and Keep Current and join the data to the fabric.Steps to Reproduce
