Additional Information
After investigation, it is determined that the marker offsets in this KML or KMZ are being interpreted incorrectly before they reach the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript. Because the SDK does not have sufficient information to reliably correct the offsets on the client, a fix within the JavaScript SDK is not feasible at this time. As a result, this issue is closed as Will Not Be Addressed.Steps to Reproduce
