Additional Information
This issue is fixed with the June 2024 update of ArcGIS Online. The fix is to be implemented to the ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition 1.15 and ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4.Workaround
Move the layers from the nested group to a first-level group.
