Bug
Line and polygon shapefiles in any projection except WGS 1984 and Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere) published from ArcMap to a webmap using a webmap service (not published through ArcGIS for Server) basemap with the same projection do not add together.

1. Export the shapefiles in ArcMap to local folder.2. zip the local folder3. In ArcGIS Online, add the .zip as item4. Shapefile should display correctly when added to the "WMS_Basemap_Test" webmap.Steps to Reproduce
