Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) configuration with Portal for ArcGIS using the ldapURLForUsers parameter and configuring the connection to use port 3268 or 3269 results in failed authorization when attempting to log in.

Additional Information

Ports 3268 or 3269 can only be used if the LDAP server has been configured to accept connections through those ports.

Workaround

Configure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) to use the correct port supported by the directory server 389 or 636.
