Bug
Licensing on ArcGIS Desktop 10.3 becomes corrupt with Esri 10.3 Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) after stopping and starting the instance, and receives the following error: "...license is in need of a repair operation." However, there is no option to repair the licenses.

Additional Information
Single Use Desktop breaks if AMI is restarted due to hardware changes of the AMI instance. It is recommended to use Concurrent Use licensing with the License Manager.Steps to Reproduce
