This issue is non-reproducible. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is needed for further investigation.Workaround
Change the projection of the layer from NAD 1983 (2011) CSRS v6 MTM Nova Scotia zone 4 to WGS 1984 Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere and republish the feature layer. This can be done by using the Project tool in ArcGIS Pro.
