Layers from a map service hosted on Portal for ArcGIS do not adjust visibility with the Layer List toggle in ArcGIS Experience Builder Developer Edition 1.15 when running on a system with an integrated GPU.

We are no longer able to reproduce this issue with version ArcGIS Experience Builder 4.33. We were able to reproduce it when the issue was first submitted. No specific fixes were implemented in the API to address this bug, but possibly other API, Browser or driver updates have addressed it. If it's still an issue, please resubmit.Steps to Reproduce
