This issue is not reproducible. Update to the latest version of ArcGIS Pro.Workaround
These workarounds do not preserve the symbology from an existing map.
Workaround 1
- Open a new project in ArcGIS Pro.
- Connect to the database with the updated password.
Workaround 2
- Open an existing project.
- Make a new database connection.
- Create a new map.
