Layer no longer visible when moved out of a basemap layer and then back in during an edit session. (This scenario is very similar to NIM052936)

Ending the editing session works in some cases. If that does not work, drag the layer outside of the basemap layer and then back in for the layer to display. This behavior is only experienced when data is stored in the same workspace.Steps to Reproduce
