Layer names do not update in web maps present in the sidecar for the ArcGIS StoryMaps builder

Workaround involves renaming every layer and legend item within each web map embedded ArcGIS StoryMaps.

Customer Notes on the Suggested Workaround:

Without a ‘refresh’ functionality, the layer name changes need to be made in every map widget within the StoryMap OR the sidecar slide needs to be recreated. If one has web maps on multiple projects that are used many times, this creates a lot of rework necessary during development. It is also confusing because layer name changes are seemingly the only map change that does not populate through. A refresh functionality would draw attention to this difference being intentional and provide an easier workaround.
