Workaround

This data is in a Geographic coordinate system. So the x and y coordinates are in degrees and the z coordiantes are in meters. The x-range for this data is 0.002473, the y-range is 0.001895. However the z-range is 48.968. The behavior observed by the user is expected. Our recommendation is to always work with data in a Projected coordinate system and not a Geographic coordinate system. However, we already have a CR to support automatically scaling in the profile and 3D views when working with data in a geographic coordinate system.
