Workaround

Update the Portal's Group store configuration with the below JSON strings to allow a specific time to be set for the group store to be updated and turning off the refresh of group membership during login."membershipRefreshStartTime": "02:00","refreshUserMembershipDuringLoginEnabled": "false"
